Ecosystem of Therapists

Here are some folks who have been connected to Full Life over the years. These are people in the community that we feel an affinity with and whose work we recommend.

  • Anna Schulman

    Anna Schulman, LPC

Specializing in ecotherapy, Anna is passionate about supporting people to discover their innate wholeness and belonging in an increasingly disconnected world. This means building safety and rapport over time that allows her patients to enhance their self-awareness, cultivate a sense of empowerment, and find meaning in the world around them. Anna's approach to this work is creative, collaborative, and rooted in anti-oppression.

  • Jem Iwatsubo, LPC

Jem specializes in couples work and has deep love and passion for helping couples work through their challenges, develop healthier ways to relate to one another and build a deeper understanding of each other’s needs. Jem utilizes a combination of the teachings of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy to help couples build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. Prior to receiving her LPC, Jem was supervised by Hunter Teets during her residency.

  • Nell Downey, LPC

Nell Downey, L.P.C. works with adolescents and adults ages 16 and up, as well as couples. She has worked with children, adolescents and individuals for 12 years in a variety of settings. She uses an AEDP (accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy) lens to help identify different areas and parts of ourselves, where clients get stuck within themselves and in relation to others. She works with her clients to care for these places, so that their innate ability to feel and heal can emerge. For more information, please email me at nelldowney@protonmail.com
